Additional notes

•    The on-WPC Site venue will save taxi fares to a restaurant venue nearby

•    The $60.00 cost of the dinner includes the room hire cost, and it is a reasonable cost from an Australian context

•    The Novotel Hotel WPC location means participants can walk from the end of their 7.00 pm WPC event to the Mountains Dinner

•    It also means participants can arrive late, from their 9.00 pm WPC event and still participate (if there is a demand for late arrivals, I can try and organise a second sitting for dinner)

•    It helps us a great deal if you can let us know if you wish to attend as early as possible
